In P.R. there are probably hundreds of collages that will offer computer programming. Here is a list of collages in the "yellow pages". http://www.superpagespr.com/websearch?dir=RANK&newSearch=true&sid=null&iqk0=colegios&resultsSubmit.x=29&resultsSubmit.y=14

Good luck!!!

Yes, Puerto Rico is an American Territory. This means you do not need a Passport to get there. Some laws are a bit different but mostly the same. Drinking age is 18, Most common language is Spanish. A Great place to visit.

En el recinto de Bayamon de la Universidad de Puerto Rico ofrecen el Bachillerato en Programacion (Computer Sciences) que buscas. Puede que alguna Universidad privada tambien lo ofrezca, pero la de Bayamon es altamente recomendada. The University of PR, Bayamon campus offers the Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences that you are looking for. Also try any private institution, but Bayamon is highly recommended.
